What is Telemedicine?

TeleMedicine is the distribution of health-related services and information via electronic information and telecommunication technologies. It allows long-distance patient and clinician contact, care, advice, reminders, education, intervention, monitoring, and remote admissions. Payments are done before the virtual visit. Your Physician will then set an appointment via a weblink for you to join for your virtual Doctor visit.

Available times for TeleHealth online appointments...

Tuesdays: 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Fridays: 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

How TeleHealth Appointments work:

Call our office to confirm a time for your TeleHeath Appointment
Payment must be made via WiPay in advance, once payment has been confirmed, you would be sent a link to connect for your TeleHealth visit.
Duration for TeleHealth visits: 15 mins
Doctor would connect with you at the specified time for your appointment.

- Headache - Vomiting/diarrhea

- Runny nose /Stuffy nose

- Joint pains/body aches

- Lethargy/weakness/fatigue - Abdominal pain - Loss of appetite

You may be required to reschedule your appointment if symptomatic.
